Dr. Kachikwu Writes Buhari on NNPC GMD Insubordination

Nigeria’s Minister of State, Petroleum Resources – Dr. Ibe Kachikwu has petitioned President Muhammadu Buhari on acts of gross insubordination by the Group Managing Director of Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), Dr. Baru.
 
In a letter titled: “Matters of Insubordination and Lack of Adherrence to Due Process Perpetrated by the GMD NNPC – Dr Baru” and dated August 30, 2017, Dr. Kachikwu outlined a number actions taken by Dr. Baru which not only violates due process but are in conflict with the open policy reforms embarked upon by his administration as NNPC GMD before his appointment as Minister.

    Like when it comes to personal space.
